On July 1, 2008 founders Tyler and Nancy Adkins began servicing the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex from their home in Little Elm. From the very beginning, their focus was on both maintenance and repairs of residential kitchen and laundry appliances

Today July 1, 2021, the organization is operated from their headquarters in Celina where they have been located at for two years on July 1, 2021. They
currently employ 12 full-time employees and 1 part-time.

The declared reason for existence at A+ Certified Appliance is: We exist to empower and enable our clients, friends and neighbors to prolong the lifespan of their appliances. To give our community the knowledge, wisdom, and understanding to make informed decisions about what works best for them.

As A+ Certified Appliance kicks off its 13th year the organization's members are recognizing all they have achieved over the last 13 years together:

  • Creating and operating through the personal growth and leadership of our team including our office manager, Robin Eastburn, our parts
    manager, Lyndie Lytel, our maintenance manager, Chris Wilt, as well our Service Manager, Jeremy Williams.

  • The New A+ Certified Appliance website - A+ has launched a re-designed website to be more user-friendly and allow us to have detailed information on what works for our clients.
