We are a 12-year-old company, our commitment is to empower and enable our clients, friends and neighbors to prolong the lifespan of their appliances. To give our community the knowledge, wisdom and understanding to make informed decisions about what works best for them. We know there are lots of jobs available. There is a difference in finding a job and working for a company that you genuinely believe in and choose to partner with. We provide in house training for all positions including appliance service technicians. We are in process of opening our trades school, that will teach our students the skills they need to begin a new career in the appliance service and repair business.

Today actually marks 1 year that I started working for A+ Certified Appliance. To say that this has been the most life-changing job I have ever experienced is putting it mildly. And I’m not young, and I’ve worked for lots of companies in many varied positions. Haha! First of all, I have felt especially appreciated and cared for by my office associates as my skills and talents are being utilized and expanding. I’m free to be me and have appreciated the patience and grace given by my leadership team as I’ve learned more about appliances and our office practices that will make us a better team and a better company as we service our clients. I’m excited about developing my leadership skills and growing not only as a leader in the office and on the job, but also in my personal life. I’ve learned better communication skills which was already on my list of qualities I planned to develop and grow. At times, if people aren’t understanding us, we can ask ourselves if we are giving enough information or asking the right questions for more effective communication. When I give my word to something, am I clear as to when and what I have promised to that person? When I say that I enjoy coming to work each day, I really mean it. The owners and management team are simply the best! I plan to take the skills I’ve learned wherever I go in life. Tyler, Nancy, Robin, and Rachel have been amazing! Thanks, team! You’re the best!
